1. Can I order a retired Argo piece from you?
No, retired pieces cannot be ordered.
2. Is it real silver?
Yes, all of our silver pieces are made of Sterling silver.
3. Are the prices negotiable?
Our prices are set and non-negotiable. And there are no sales and discounts.
4. Can you customize one of your pieces for me?
Sorry, no.
5. Can you replicate somebody else’s design for me?
We do not replicate or copy other designers’ work.
6. Why doesn’t my bead look exactly like the one on the website?
Please note that all of our pieces are handmade, and minor variations in finish may occur. These variations are normal and not considered defects or damage.
7. How can I find a retailer near me?
At the moment Argo Studios pieces are only sold online and in the shop in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
8. Is there nickel in your jewelry?
No, our jewelry does not contain nickel.
9. How are your beads made?
The beads are handmade by Margo and her team of artisans.
10. Do your beads fit on other brand bracelets?
Our beads have an opening of 4.5 mm, it works for most of the other brands.
11. How can I tell if a product I’ve purchased is genuine?
To ensure authenticity, please purchase directly from our store. We do not authentificate pieces bought from other collectors.
12. How do I determine the correct length for my bracelet?
For bracelets without a lock that are meant to be worn with a double carabin, measure your wrist circumference and subtract 2 cm. For bracelets with a lock, simply measure your wrist size. For a looser fit, add 1 cm. If you plan to add beads to your bracelet, add an additional 1 cm.
13. Where is your company located?
Our company is based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
14. Can I visit the Amsterdam shop?
Of course, you can do it without making an appointment. Although if you want to see a particular piece or meet Margo in person, an appointment is advisable.
15. Can you declare a lower value on my order?
No, we don’t do that. The buyer is responsible for the customs duties and import taxes for their country.
