General Terms and Conditions
1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These are the Terms and Conditions of Argo Studios located Haparandaweg 67 B6, 1013 BD, Amsterdam (phone +31 0680134867), The Netherlands and registered with the Amsterdam Chamber of Commerce under nr. 66391660, VAT number: NL002472849B15. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all purchase and sales agreements entered into by Argo Studios and its customers through the Argo Studios websites. By checking the “Accept” Box you agree to their contents and their applicability to the agreement you enter into with Argo Studios.
2. COPYRIGHT
The content herein, including but not limited to, all intellectual property, designs, materials and the selection and placement thereof in such designs, copy, text, photography, listing format and content is the sole and exclusive right of Argo Studios and its subsidiaries and any attempt to copy or reproduce any of such designs, copy, text or content, by any means, electronic, manually, visually or otherwise is prohibited by law and all infringements, intentional or otherwise, shall be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Permission is granted for the use of images, text and content for the purpose of promoting the work contained herein in cases in which Argo Studios is recognized and acknowledged as the sole creator of the work in question.
3. PURCHASES
You can place an order with Argo Studios by clicking on all desired items on the website, which will place them in your Shopping Cart. You may then inspect your Shopping Cart and make any changes necessary. Once you find the Shopping Cart corresponding with your wishes, you may click on the “Add to Shopping Cart” button, which will generate an electronic order form listing the desired items. Upon completion of the order form, including details of payment, you may click “Buy”, after which you will be transferred to a secure environment to finalize the financial transaction. This will complete your order. Upon processing your order, Argo Studios will in principle send an e-mail acknowledging receipt. The sale and purchase agreement shall be completed upon sending said e-mail. Said agreement shall therefore be deemed to have been concluded in The Netherlands. Argo Studios reserves the right however, to refuse to process a transaction for any reason and/or to refuse service to anyone at any time in its sole discretion.
4. PRICES AND INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE
The prices listed on the website argo-studios.com include VAT, but do not include shipping costs. The total price listed on the Order List and on the electronic order form does include shipping costs. Any and all customs or import duties and/or local taxes shall be for the account of the customer. They are not included in the price. Prices are subject to change at any time. Changes in prices do not affect the sum payable in a concluded sale and purchase agreement as confirmed by Argo Studios by e-mail. Although all information regarding prices, specifications, etc. is placed on the website with the utmost care, Argo Studios does not guarantee its accuracy. Argo Studios shall not be bound to deliver any orders that were placed on the basis of incorrect information that was displayed on the website. Certain links on the website may give access to sites and sources of information that are exploited and maintained by third parties. Argo Studios does not control these sites and does not accept any liabilities regarding their content.
5. PAYMENT
Payment can be made by means of Bank Transfer, iDeal, Paypal or alternative methods as are indicated on the electronic order form. By making use of a certain credit card(number) when paying through Paypal you confirm that the credit card that is being used is yours. The amount payable will be debited from your account when your order is accepted by Argo Studios. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment through Paypal to Argo Studios, we shall postpone delivery and contact you. In that case Argo Studios shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Payment details will be processed by means of an SSL (secured socket layer) connection. Argo Studios shall not be liable for any misuse of this data by third parties.
6. DELIVERY
Delivery times on the website are indicative only. Argo Studios shall not be liable in any way if delivery takes place at a later date. Exceeding the term of delivery and/or exceeding the term of thirty days upon placement of the order, shall not automatically place Argo Studios in default. Any complaints regarding the state in which goods have been delivered must be made to Argo Studios no later than seven days upon receipt of the goods, by official e-mail listed on the website.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days upon receipt of your order. You will receive the total amount, including the paid shipping cost, credited to the account from which the original payment was received. Only the shipping cost for the returning your order to Argo Studios are on your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Argo Studios with all accessories and in their original condition and packaging within 28 days upon excercising your right of withdrawal. 8. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All goods bought at Argo Studios, with the exception of goods on sale, can be changed for an other item free of charge after cancellation within 14 days upon delivery. Said cancellation must take place by means of sending an email to [email protected] preferably with your reason for return and your order number. Cancellation shall automatically bring about the dissolution of the sale and purchase agreement between Argo Studios and the customer and obliges the customer to return the goods to Argo Studios within 28 days of cancellation.
In order to exchange the product the product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition. New and unused means there are no marks on the item or any wear.

9. PRIVACY
Argo Studios respects your privacy. The information you provide through this website will only be used to process your order and to inform you of Argo Studios and its products. At no time we will give your data to third parties without your consent, unless we are bound by law.
10. LIABILITY
Argo Studios ’ liability towards the purchaser shall be limited to the amount of the purchase price. Argo Studios shall never be liable for any loss of profits or goodwill or any other consequential damages.
11. APPLICABLE LAW AND FORUM
The laws of The Netherlands shall apply. Any dispute relating to a purchase and sale agreement to which these Terms and Conditions apply shall exclusively be brought before the Court of Amsterdam, unless Argo Studios shall choose to bring this dispute before the competent court of the purchasers residence.
