RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We always want you to be happy with your purchase. But ifor whatever reason that you are not satisfied, there are still some things we can do for you. Here we explain our returns & exchange policy.
Replacement & Returns
According to EU regulations, you have 30 days after receipt to return to the seller. We do not refund freight costs in connection with returning of a product. When returning an item this must be in the same state as when purchased and in its original packaging. Please enclose a copy of the invoice for the product concerned. Once we receive the product we will exchange this for a similar product or refund the purchasing price to your account (case-by-case review and agreement applies for each return or replacement).
Warranty
According to EU regulations, EU citizens are entitled to 24 months of warranty after every purchase. Non-EU warranty is based on the delivery address of the good. It is however imperative that in case of damage/defect, these are not caused by misuse of the product or other damage causing behaviour. Wear caused by incorrect use of the item is not eligible warranty. At any errors or omissions arising under normal use of the product, simply contact us as soon as possible. The following options when a claim has been approved are: Replacement of the product or cancellation of your purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
Pieces available immediately are shipped within 3 working days after purchase. Made per order pieces are generally shipped within three weeks of purchase. Please note, we cannot take any responsibility for the delivery time after shipping your order, as it is the responsibility of the shipping company. Tracking numbers are available on your account page and are sent to your email.
We are currently shipping with Post NL and it is free.
Payment
You can pay via PayPal or bank transfer should you prefer to do so. If you choose bank transfer, your order will not be shipped until the payment is registered on our account.
Safety Warnings
Due to the small size of most of our products, there’s a risk that children might attempt to eat and consequently swallow or suffocate on these products. We recommend keeping jewellery away from children below the age of 3.
