SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We always want you to be happy with your purchase. But if for whatever reason that you are not satisfied, there are still some things we can do for you. Here we explain our returns & exchange policy.
Replacement & Returns
According to EU regulations, you have 14 days after receipt to initiate a return to the seller. To initiate a return, please send an email to [email protected]. You will receive a pre-paid return shipping label within a few working days. The return address is: Singel 383H, 1012 WL, Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Please do not send parcels without first receiving a pre-paid label, as this helps avoid delays or loss of items. Parcels sent individually without our pre-paid label are at a higher risk of being lost, and we cannot guarantee a refund for such returns.
When returning an item, it must be in the same state as when purchased, in its original packaging, undamaged, and without signs of wear. Once we receive the product, we will issue a refund within 5–10 business days.
IMPORTANT: Please note that custom duties and local taxes are a buyer’s responsibility and will not be refunded in case of return.
Warranty
According to EU regulations, EU citizens are entitled to 24 months of warranty after every purchase. For customers outside the EU, our 24-month warranty policy also applies, subject to the same terms and conditions. It is, however, imperative that in case of damage/defect, these are not caused by misuse of the product or other damage-causing behavior. Wear caused by incorrect use of the item is not eligible for warranty.
Please note: Items with moving parts (e.g., hinges, clasps, or rotating elements) are subject to natural wear and tear from normal use and are not covered by the warranty unless a clear manufacturing defect is identified. Additionally, products are handmade in nature, and any slight variations, marks, or imperfections that arise from the crafting process are not considered defects or damage.
For any errors or omissions arising under normal use of the product, simply contact us as soon as possible. The following options, when a claim has been approved, are: repair or replacement of the product if possible, or cancellation and refund of your purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer two shipping options for your convenience: tracked regular post and UPS. Orders above €120 before VAT are eligible for free tracked regular post shipping. Shipping times after dispatch vary depending on the chosen shipping method and destination:
Tracked Regular Post (PostNL):
EU
- Within the Netherlands: Typically delivered the next business day.
- Within the Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg): Usually delivered within 24 to 48 hours.
- Typical delivery time within the EU is usually 3-5 working days
Outside the EU:
- North America 4-6 business days
- Asia: 5-8 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 6-9 business days
- South America & Africa: 10-15 business days
- Other destinations: 10-15 business days
UPS:
EU:
- Germany, Belgium, France, and Luxembourg: 1-2 business days
- The rest of the EU: 3-5 business days
Outside the EU:
- North America: 4-6 business days

Miniatures, beads, and jewelry pieces purchased from us are handmade in our workshop in Amsterdam. We are primarily artists and jewelers, not a distribution warehouse. As such, some pieces you order may still need to be created, particularly for gold items. Generally, we complete all orders within two to three weeks of purchase unless otherwise communicated, after which the items will be shipped.
Please note, we cannot take any responsibility for the delivery time after shipping your order, as it is the responsibility of the shipping company. Tracking numbers are available on your account page and are sent to your email.
IMPORTANT: Please note that custom duties and local taxes are NOT included in shipping fees.
Payment
Among the payment options we offer card payment by one of the payment services (Mollie, Klarna, iDeal) and PayPal. Please note that for certain products, PayPal is not available.
Safety Warnings
Due to the small size of most of our products, there’s a risk that children might attempt to eat and consequently swallow or suffocate on these products. We recommend keeping jewellery away from children below the age of 3.
