Chinese culture is a massive inspiration to me since childhood. The books I read, the museums I basically grew up in. So when I visited Hong Kong for the first time, I was blown away. I think it became my second most favorite place in the world, after Amsterdam. And 520 silver bead captures this feeling. The importance of number 8 as the infinity symbol. How it repeats 3 times. How numbers are heart-shaped. And of course that 520 in English sounds like I love you in Chinese.
